Welcome to The Toy Soldier Museum -- a treasure trove for toy soldier collectors, military historians – anyone with a curious mind.   Click  here, to see dioramas on display at the museum.  We are in the Pocono Mountains in northeast Pennsylvania, less than two hours from Manhattan and Philadelphia. Click here for an area map.  The Museum opened in 1991 and contains 3,000 square feet of toy soldier displays, battle dioramas, civilian scenes, regimental militaria, and over 70 full-sized uniformed mannequins.  Please click here for a video tour.

Open year round -- call ahead to confirm dates and times.  The museum is not handicap-friendly (there are stairs).  Well-behaved children 12 years and older are welcome.  Join us for our Open Houses twice a year.  Food, fun, and good conversation with other collectors!  Make a weekend of it.  From fine old inns to rustic lake-side cottages, you’ll find lodging for every taste in the Poconos.  Hiking, swimming, fishing, skiing, outlet shopping, are all within minutes of the Museum.  West Point Military Academy with its fine museum is less than a two-hour drive, and Gettysburg battlefield is less than three hours.

Though we do sell figures (click here), dioramas, and militaria, the Toy Soldier Museum is not a store – it is a resource.  It will provide you with a “tool box” of ideas to further your enjoyment of collecting.  Welcome!  We look forward to hearing from you.
